Sonic resonance is something I return to to wake things up energetically. My musical home is rooted in African diasporic sound (and, more specifically, house music of all kinds). I see music as a transformative technology and a necessary medicine for the heart.

I write about many things. They’re all connected by my relationship to the black anarchic tradition. Writing is another avenue for exploring that provides space for healing. I consider this work a form of remembering what it is to speak freely.
